A small finish on May's AOH but that was it.....!
Did she, didn't she.....? Nope, didn't quite meet the goal of finishing all three but May IS a finish so will "earn" me stash money in April's SFS!
Next month......which here in the Eastern time zone begins in just over 39 minutes.......I need to make weekly goals....save me stitching like a demented woman for the last few days of the month....!
A lovely giveaway, DJ, but please don't enter me.......I have so much stashed away that loudly cry to be stitched! Good luck to everyone!

Kate's February Update
Well January just sailed by and here we are in a very cold February. If you're suffering with adverse weather please stay safe & warm.
I've managed lots of stitching since I last reported:
I finished this cushion for my oldest DS's birthday ~ I was delighted with how it turned out and he loves it! This design is by Tiny Modernist and is called Espresso Yourself. Stitched with DMC threads on 36ct Cream linen. More pictures on my blog.
I have almost finished the iStitch Designs Advent SAL ~ I just need to find a suitable charm and decide on a motif for the last box as I am not keen on the bird that is charted. Stitched with Needlepoint Inc Silks on 35ct Edinburgh Linen from Sparklies - linen colour is Parchment
And finally my New Year's Day start - Blackbird Designs Summer House Pincushion stitched using the recommended fabric & threads
I have also finished a bookmark for an exchange but as the reveal day is tomorrow I am not able to share that finish with you currently.

NYD Start & Possible Goals - Kate
Hi All
I struggled to decide what I would make my New Year's Day new start ~ mostly because a good proportion of my stash was stored away while we were having work done in the house and it has yet to reappear in places that I can easily fondle.
Looking through the limited stash that I could access I had to go with Summer House Pin Cushion from Blackbird Designs ~ I had a working copy of the design, the required fabric & threads all together in one folder ~ no brainer!
Not a great deal of progress was made by the time I chose this and to be honest I'm not sure if I'll stick with it as the fabric is very harsh!
This was originally kitted up to be done as a SAL with a good friend of mine ~ Stuff got in the way for me, like planning a wedding ~ Carol finished hers quite some time ago.
As far as my goals are concerned for 2015 they will be fairly fluid ~ I don't want to restrict myself too much. However, I would like to:

- Stick to my Stitch from Stash budget again this year
- Finish a good number of Christmas ornaments
- Finish some WIPs/UFOs
- Try & complete OPAM ~ One Project A Month
- RAK a few people
but mostly to enjoy my stitching ~ simple.
Happy New Year All
